So as you can see, we went to the beach! It has been pretty sketchy this year. Normally there are a lot more possible "good beach" days. But this year there were only a few. So we went every time it looked like it might be nice. So the first time we went it was so windy you could lean against it and not fall over. The next time was the same but warmer than the first. So finally the 3rd time was the charm. It was still cold, and I think that's 'cause we didn't get out there till about 6:30pm. If we'd gotten our rears in gear earlier it would have been nice and warm. But it was still good. Vanessa contemplated eating sand. Lorien and I built a sand castle. We stuck our toes in the water (they promptly froze!) Lorien ran all over the place. Vanessa tried to crawl all over, but the sand is still pretty weird stuff. The sunset was gorgeous! Lorien said "Don't take pictures of the flowers! I want to go home!"

I want to see the girls so bad! They are getting so big! Congrats to Ryan and Jaredel! Does Riley look like Jaden?
