How do you Rank!

So testing came around last week at Lorien's Tae-kwon-do school. Lorien is now a yellow belt, well kind of. It's a white belt with a yellow stripe. Lorien has been taking lessons at ATA for a little over a year now. She really enjoys it and has lots of fun kicking, punching and yelling at the top oh her lungs. It's helped me realize that we need more respect in our house. I don't know how to get it when my little 4 year old seems to know everything, like when mom says it's cold outside, she says "No it isn't!" I still try to have her say "Yes Ma'am" and "Yes Sir" and do what mommy and daddy says the first time we ask. It's sooooo hard! But eventually she'll catch on. So this was the last time she'll test. I am taking her out of Tae-kwon-do. For one, there are so many fees to pay, and we just don't have enough for all of it. And I'd like her to try other things, like dance, and gymnastics, and maybe wrestling, or soccer. I was thinking dance would be fun. But I don't want to sign her up for ballet. I wanted Jazz, and our local dance studio doesn't offer Jazz to 4 yr olds, they have to be 5. So I'll see if I can weazle my way in there somehow. I do know one of the instructors. Anyway, Tai-kwon-do is very cool. I tried it and it was so much fun. Hopefully Lorien will look back on the classes and remember how fun it was!
